How to Print Student Daily Attendance?

Student Daily Attendance report is basically provided to print on daily bases or to print attendance report of one day. This report will provide batch wise list of students who are absent or on leave from school on selected date and overall summary of attendance on selected date. This report could be printed Student base, Batch Based, for only hostel students or only students who are using transport.

1. Select Date against which you want to print attendance report

Student Based and Batch Based

1. Select Report Type as Student Based or Batch Based
   1. Student Based. This will provide student wise detailed report which student is absent or on leave on selected date and overall campus attendance summary.
   2. Batch Based will provide batch wise summary report of students present and absent as well as overall campus attendance summary. This will not include students names who are absent or on leave.
2. Select Course 
   1. ---Collective--- will print report against All Courses/classes of all active academic years
   2. Any one Course/class could be selected.
3. Select Batch
   1. --Collective--- In case of Select Course is also collective Select Batch has only ---Collective--- Option. Else --Collective-- and selected both options are available.
   2. Any one batch of selected course could be selected.
4. Click Print Report button

Hosted Based and Route Based

1. Select Report Type as Hosted Based or Route Based
   1. Hosted Based. This will provide student wise detailed report of only those students who are in hostel.
   2. Route Based This will provide student wise detailed report of only those students who are in using transport.
2. Click Print Report button
