How to add New Deposits?
Purpose:
Deposits are used to transfer an amount from one account to another within the same campus.
To add New Deposits
- Go to the "Deposits" Module from the sidebar menu.
- Click on "New Transaction" Button
- Select "Date" (actual date of transfer)
- Code "Auto-generated"
- Select "Account From" (the origin account from which amount will transfer or paid)
- Select "Account To" (the destination account to which amount will be transferred or received)
- Add "Detail" ( if you want to add).
- Add "Amount"
- Click on "Save" Button
