How to Check List of Fixed Assets?

This list provides a comprehensive view of all assets, including their current value and quantity, enabling efficient asset tracking and financial planning.

TO check Fixed Assets 

1. Open  Fixed Assets from main menu of Control Panel
2. Navigate to Assets tab.
   
    
3. The list displays details such as:
   • Code: Unique identifier for each asset.
   • Item Name: Name of the asset.
   • Group: The category of the asset (e.g., Furniture, Lab Equipment).
   • Available Quantity: Total number of assets currently available.
   • Disposed Quantity (Qty): Shows the number of units of the asset that have been disposed of.
   • Acquisition Cost: The total purchase cost of the asset
   • Acc. Depreciation: The total depreciation charged on the asset over time.
   • Disposal Cost: The total cost or proceeds from disposing of the asset.
   • Book Value: The current net value of the asset
   • Action: To Edit and Delete an asset
