What's the procedure to change a student's status from unassigned to assigned and vice versa?

When you enter a student on GlowSims without enrolment, the status by default shows unassigned. When you allot a class and enrol a student, the status is automatically updated to assigned. 

If the student withdraws or graduates, the status is updated in the student profiler, but in the admission list, it remains assigned.
