How to Check Employee Attendance Register?

The Employee Attendance Register provides a detailed view of attendance records for all employees over a selected time period. Here's how to understand and navigate the register effectively.

 

1. Go to  Employee Attendance side bar.

2. Employee Attendance Register >> Select Month .

3. Search by clicking on search.

Key Features and Details:

  1. Employee Name:

    • Displays the list of employees along with their photos or profile placeholders.
  2. Attendance Marking:

    • Each date column represents the attendance status for the corresponding day.
    • Possible attendance codes include:
      • NA/NA: No Attendance (not marked)
      • W: Weekend (shaded area)
      • p: Stands for Present.
      • LP:  Stands for Late Present.
      • EO:  Stands for Early Out.

Note: It may also include different Symbol which are user defined added as leaves or applied holidays and vacations.

  1. Filter Options:

    • Default: Provides a detailed day-by-day attendance breakdown for each employee for the selected month.
    • Consolidated: Summarizes attendance for employees across all businesses or roles they are associated with.
  2. Pagination:

    • Navigate through multiple pages using the Next button to view attendance for all employees.
