How to Check Marked Leaves List ?

  1. Go to Employee Attendance from Side bar menu 
  2. Go to Manage  Attendance tab
  3. Go to  Manage Leave sub tab >> Leave List
  4. Search by any field : Required leave record could be searched by using (Optional)
    1. Employee Name
    2. Leave Title
    3. Date (YYYY-MM-DD)

Leave List: In this tab you can check mark leaves record

Key Details in the List:

  1. From Date:

    • Displays the start date of the leave period.
  2. To Date:

    • Shows the end date of the leave period.

Actions Available:

  1. Edit:

    • Allows modification of the leave details.
  2. Delete :

    • Removes the leave record from the list.

View Additional Details:

  • Click the Plus (  ) button next to any leave record to expand and view more information about the leave, including descriptions or other related details.
    • Employee Name:

      • Indicates the name of the employee for whom the leave is assigned.
    • Leave Type:

      • Specifies the type of leave (e.g., Full Day, Half Day, etc.).
    • Leave Title:

      • Provides additional details or titles for the leave (e.g., Absent, Sick Leave).
    • Paid:

      • Shows whether the leave is paid or unpaid (true or false).
