How To Add Payment Cycle?

Specify the payment schedule (monthly, quarterly, annually) for tuition fees and other charges to streamline financial processes.

To Add:

  1. Go to Settings from side bar menu
  2. "Type" required info in a "Search Box"  at the Top Right Corner
  3. Click on Payment cycle 
  4. Click on "New Payment Cycle" (Plus Sign) button
  5. Add "Payment Cycle Title"
  6. Add "Payment Cycle Value
  7. Set Status as 'Active'
  8. Click  'SAVE' button 

For example, if the institute collects tuition fees from students every month, then the monthly payment cycle will be assigned with value of '1'
Maximum value for the "Payment Cycle" is '12'.

Note: If required, multiple payment cycles can be activated simultaneously.
