How To Manage Student Leave Applications?

The "Leave" feature in the software facilitates streamlined management of student leave applications within an educational setting. It allows students to electronically submit leave requests and enables real-time tracking of application status (pending, approved, or disapproved) via "Student App" . Administrators oversee the process, ensuring adherence to policies, while teachers can update application statuses directly via "Teacher App" (MUALLAM), promoting efficient communication and management of student absences.

 
To Manage

  1. Go to Student Attendance from side bar menu 
  2. Click on Manage Attendance Tab
  3. Click  Leave sub tab. 
     

Here you can check list of applications submitted via student app by students having following details 

4.  Filter By: 
 
  (Collective / Separate both options available to check "Leave" list  )

To Update Status: "OPTIONAL"  (as teacher can directly manage via teacher app "MUALLAM")

  1. Click 'Edit'  button 
  2. Select 'Status' (Approved / Disapproved)
  3. Add 'Note'
  4. Click "UPDATE" button
