How to Conduct Online Classes via Muallam app?

To conduct online classes successfully via the Muallam app, it is essential to configure the required settings beforehand. Without these settings, online class meetings will not function properly. Ensure the following:

• Courses & Batches: Add meeting links.
• Course Category: Set school timings for online classes.

Follow steps below to conduct online class

1. Open "Muallam" App.
2. Navigate to "Batches".  
3. Search & Select relevant Batch. 

To start a class:

1. Click the Online Class button. 
   Note: (The Online Class option is visible if permissions are enabled.) 
2. Select the relevant email account.
3. Click Join Meeting to begin the session.

During Class Time:

•  A green light blinks next to the option.
•  Clicking opens the Google Meet link to join the class.
•  Class behavior follows regular or half-day schedules.

After School Time:

•  No light appears.
•  Clicking displays the message: “The online class can only be accessed during its scheduled time.”
  

        5. On Weekends:

•  No light appears.
•  Clicking displays the message: “No online class is available.
