What Pre-requisites / Settings Needs To Be Configured Before Class Timetable Management

To effectively use the Class Timetable module, the following pre-requisites must be met:

1. Subjects and Teachers:
   • Subjects must be assigned to the batch.
   • Subject teachers must be assigned to the respective subjects.
2. Class Timetable Days:
   • Days for the timetable must be pre-configured in the Settings module.

3. Validation Setting:
   • Go to Settings > School General Settings and configure the Batch Timetable Validation option.
   • Check the box for Inactive Batch Timetable Validation if you want to prevent duplicate teacher assignments during the same time slots. By default, this option is unchecked, and validation is applied.
