How To Mark Gate Attendance Manually?
Steps to follow
- Open Gate Management Module:
Navigate to the "Gate Management" module from the sidebar menu. - Click on New Gate Management: On the main screen, click the “New Gate Management” button to open the “Add/Edit Gate Management” form.
- Select Batch:
Use the “Select Batch” dropdown to choose the batch of the participant whose attendance you want to mark. - Select Participant:
In the “Select Participant” field, search and select the participant (student or employee). - Select Gate:
Choose the appropriate gate from the “Select Gate” dropdown. - Set Date and Time:
- Use the calendar icon to select the Date.
- Set the Time of check-in by clicking on the clock icon.
- Save Attendance:
- Click Save & Close to save and exit.
- Or click Save & New to save this record and add another attendance record.
This will record the gate attendance manually for the selected participant.
