How To Generate " Fixed Assets Summary" Report -> 5.1 ?

Purpose

The Fixed Assets Summary Report provides a detailed overview of all fixed assets, including their acquisition cost, accumulated depreciation, disposal details, and current book value. Users can filter data by specific asset groups or view a collective summary. It helps users track available quantities, monitor disposed items, and assess the financial status of assets for effective management and decision-making.

To access reports:

1. Navigate to the 'Control Panel' module labeled "Reports" 
2. Within the section '5' labeled "Fixed Assets"
3.  Click report '5.1' -> Fixed Assets Summary
   
   

4. Select Asset Group:

   • Specific Group: To view details of a single asset group (e.g., Laboratory Equipment).
   • Collective: For an overview of all asset groups.

5. Click the "Generate Report" button to view the summary.
