How To Generate " Purchase & Sale List" Report -> 5.2 ?

Purpose

The Purchase & Sale List Report provides a detailed record of all purchase and sale transactions of fixed assets, including item details, lot numbers, accounts, descriptions, and total amounts. This report helps in tracking asset transactions and assessing their financial impact.

To access reports:

1. Navigate to the 'Control Panel' module labeled "Reports" 
2. Within the section '5' labeled "Fixed Assets"
3.  Click report '5.2' -> Purchase & Sale List
   
   
    

4. Select Item: Choose the specific asset item you want to view the report

5. Select Type:

   • Choose the type of transaction:
     • Collective: To view both purchase and sale transactions.
     • Purchase: To view purchase transactions only.
     • Sale: To view sale transactions only.

6. Click on the Generate Report button
