How to Check the "Depreciation List" Report > 5.3 ?

Purpose

The Depreciation List Report provides detailed information about the depreciation applied to fixed assets over a specified period. This helps track the reduction in asset value for financial and accounting purposes.

To access reports:

1. Navigate to the 'Control Panel' module labeled "Reports" 
2. Within the section '5' labeled "Fixed Assets"
3.  Click report '5.3' -> Depreciation List
   
   
    

4. Set Date Range:

   • From: Enter the start date for the period you want to view depreciation records.
   • To: Enter the end date for the selected period.
      
5. Click the Generate Report button.
