How to Check the "Disposal List" Report > 5.4 ?

Purpose

The Disposal List Report provides a summary of all assets that have been disposed of within a specified date range. It includes details such as the asset code, lot number, item name, quantity disposed, and the corresponding amount. This report helps organizations keep track of assets that are no longer in use or have been sold, scrapped, or written off.

To access reports:

  1. Navigate to the 'Control Panel' module labeled "Reports" 
  2. Within the section '5' labeled "Fixed Assets"
  3.  Click report '5.4' -> Disposal List
  4. Set the Date Range:

    • In the From and To fields, specify the date range for which you want to generate the report.
  5. Click the Generate Report button.
