Settings / Prerequisites to Manage Download Center

Before using the Download Center, the following settings must be configured:

• Document Count Restriction:
• • The system should allow a defined number of documents to be uploaded (GLOWSIMS organization will allow documents ). 
• Document Category Settings:
  • Categories must be added before uploading documents.
  • Categories can be assigned to type [ General, Students, or Employees].
  • Only General-type categories will be available in the Download Center.
  • Document categories determine how folders are structured in the Download Center.

• All school document categories must have the "General" type to appear in the Download Center.
