How To Create Installment Voucher?

NOTE: Ensure that Vouchers have been created using the "Create Voucher" option before starting the installation process.

Perform Steps Below

1. Go to Fee from side bar menu
2. Go to  "Create Installments" tab  
3. Select Fee Title
4. Select Payment Cycle 
5. Select Fine Slab fine will be applied as late payment fee after due date.
6. Select a batch (only single batch can be selected)
7. Select Students (Collective , Single) All Students of Selected batch will load in table
8. Select Date (Installment creation date)
9. Select No. of Installments (according to your need ) then click 'Confirm to  create installments by selected times' button  ​​
   
   
    
10. Enter  "Due Date" against each installment (use copy button  displaying at right side in table)
    
    
     
11. 1.  Enter 'Installment No.' (for which you need to copy the due date or amount)
    2. Select Type 
    3. 1. Amount : (to add same amount for all student against selected 'Installment No.') 
       2. 1. Enter Value (random amount you want to add )
       3. Due Date (to add same 'Due Date' for all student against selected 'Installment No.' )
       4. 1. Enter Value (due date )
    4. Click 'Copy' button 
12. Click "SAVE" button
