How to Add New Template?
Perform Steps to create Template
- Go to Settings
- "Type" required info in a "Search Box" at the Top Right Corner
- Click on Template
- Enter Template name : Give your template a unique name for easy identification (e.g., "Monthly Fee Reminder")
- Select type: for which you want to create template ( (e.g., Fee Voucher , Fee Over Due , Gate Attendance , etc ) that the template will be used for.
- Select Language in which you want to send your Notification (English or Urdu)
- Check Default to set this template as default. A Type can only have one default template at a time.
- Type text content in the Message Box, content you want to send.
- Include keywords (e.g., #StudentName, #FeeAmount) to automatically pull specific information from the database.
- You can use Keyword according to your requirement. To use keyword
- Select Keyword from List at the right side of form
- click Insert Keyword.
- After typing text in Message box click "Save & Close" OR "Save & New" button
Important Notes:
- Keyword Functionality: Keywords help dynamically fetch and display relevant information without manually typing it each time.
- SMS Counter: After typing your message, the counter shows how many SMS credits the content will require based on its length.
