How to Send 'Batch Activity' Push Notification ?

Purpose
Automatically send a push notification to the mobile app each time a new batch activity is added from main portal(GLOWSIMS)/Muallam App .

Step 1: Settings

  1. Enable Auto Notification for Batch Activity:
    • Navigate to Settings > School General Settings  
    • Under Auto SMS Settings, check 'App Notifications on Batch Activity' checkbox  

Step 2: Notification Trigger

  • Once this setting is enabled, any new "Batch Activity" added from (Main Portal/Muallam App) will automatically trigger a push notification, informing users instantly on the mobile app.
     
Notification on Student/Parent App:

Note:

  • No template creation is needed, as the "Batch Activity" notification content is auto-defined within the system.
  • The Push Notification Service must be activated to enable this feature.
