How To Enroll Employee PF (finger print) for Bio Matric Attendance

Navigate to “Attendance → FP Enrollment” in the system.

Select Employee:
- Click on the empty column at the start of the row for the employee you want to select.
- The Attendance ID, Name, and Campus Name of the selected employee will appear in the fields on the right.

Choose User Type:
- Common User: The employee will only be able to mark attendance.
- Administrator: The employee will have administrative access to unlock the biometric device, open menus, and make changes.

Select Terminal:
- This checks if the biometric device is connected.
- Green Tick: Device is connected.
- Red Cross: Device is not connected.

Enroll Left Thumb:
- Click the Left Thumb icon and confirm by clicking Yes.
- The biometric device will prompt for fingerprint enrollment.
- The employee must place their left thumb on the device 3 times for verification.
- Once verified, the enrollment interface will disappear.

Enroll Right Thumb:
- Click the Right Thumb icon and confirm by clicking Yes.
- The biometric device will prompt for fingerprint enrollment again.
- The employee must place their right thumb on the device 3 times for verification.
- Once verified, the enrollment interface will disappear.

Save Enrollment:
- After successful enrollment of both thumbs, click the Save button.
- The employee will disappear from the list, indicating that their enrollment is complete.

Repeat for All Employees:
- Perform fingerprint enrollment for all employees who appear in the list. Employees for whom enrollment is already saved will not appear.
This ensures all employees are successfully enrolled in the biometric attendance system for accurate and efficient attendance management.
