How To Mark Gate Attendance Via Scanning QR Code ?

Steps to follow

1. Open Attendance Gateway App:
   Launch the Attendance Gateway App on the scanning device.
2. Start Scanning:
   Tap on the "Start Scanning" option to begin scanning QR codes.
3. Scan the QR Code: Student just need to scan his/her QR code.
   • On the first scan, the system will mark the student as Check-In.
   • On the second scan, it will automatically mark the student as Check-Out.
   • If the same student scans repeatedly, there is a 30-second buffer before they can scan again.
4. Data Display Options:
   The displayed data during scans can be configured by the organization. Available options include:
   • Admission Number
   • Student Name
   • Class-Batch Name
   • Check-In/Check-Out Type
   • Check-In/Check-Out Status
   • Due Amount
