How to Manage Applicants
Purpose
The Applicants tab in the Hiring Module allows HR teams to add, view, and manage job applicants. From capturing personal and contact details to linking candidates with specific vacancies, this screen supports the entire recruitment process.
Each record includes fields for education, experience, expected salary, and CV attachment, helping streamline applicant tracking and interview planning.
Steps to Add

Login and navigate to: Control Panel > Hiring Module
> Applicants tab

Click the Add/Edit Applicants tab to open the input form

Now fill in the following fields:

Applicant Name: Enter the applicant’s full name.
Example: “Rebecca Smith” -
Father Name: Enter the applicant’s father’s name.
Example: “James Robinson” -
Date of Birth: Select the birthdate using the calendar picker.
Example: “29/05/1999” -
CNIC: Enter the CNIC in correct format.
Example: “34566-6666666-6” -
Gender: Choose Male or Female from the dropdown.

Marital Status: Select from:
-
Single
-
Married
-
Divorced
-
Widowed
-
-
Mobile for SMS: Enter the mobile number used for sending SMS alerts.
Example: “92-345-5555555” -
Email: Enter a valid email address.
Example: rebecca@gmail.com
Note: And make sure to use a correct and active email address — the system will use this to send updates during the hiring process

Present Salary (Optional): Mention current salary amount.
Example: “60,000” -
Expected Salary (Optional): Enter the expected monthly salary.
Example: “90,000” -
Attach CV: Upload the applicant’s CV in PDF format using the Browse button.

Select Vacancies: Link the applicant to one or more existing vacancies.
These must be created first in the Vacancy tab.
Example: “Front Desk Administrative Assistant” -
Contact: Provide an additional contact number.
Example: “03555552397” -
City: Enter the applicant’s city of residence.
Example: “New Shari” -
Postal Address: Enter the current mailing address.
Example: “8941 Casey Lakes Apt. 094, East Anne borough, DC 75814” -
Permanent Address: Enter the permanent home address.
Example: “03035 Cobb Squares Suite 561, Andrew mouth, OH 10432” -
Attach Picture (Optional): Upload a professional image of the applicant.

After entering all details, click:

Save & Close – to save and return to the main screen

Save & New – to save and open a fresh form

Applicants List
Click the Applicants List tab to view and manage all saved entries.
Each row includes:

Applicant Name
-
Father Name
-
Gender
-
Mobile for SMS
-
Contact
-
Email
-
City
-
Action – Icons to Edit or Delete
Use the search bar at the top right to quickly find applicants by name, city, or other fields.
To Edit a Record:

Click the Edit
icon next to the entry

Perform required changes
-
Click Update to save changes
To Delete a Record

Click the Delete
icon next to the entry
-
A confirmation popup will appear.

Click Yes to confirm deletion.
