How to Print "Employee Registration Form" 2.1 Report ?
Employee Registration Form is used to collect Employee Basic Details for recruitment in Schools. Glow Allows to print Empty and Filled Registration Form for Employee/s.
To access reports:
- Navigate to the Campus panel module labeled "Reports"
- Within the section '2' labeled "Employee"
- Click report '2.1' -> "Employee Registration Form"
- Select format
- Empty: This will print empty Registration Form to be filled by hand.
- Filled: this will print filled Registration form with details entered against selected Employee/s.
- Select Header Type as with Logo, with report header or empty header.
- Select Employee Status
- Enrolled: all Current Employee with active status will fall under enrolled employee category.
- Withdrawn: all Employee who left job and their current status is in-active will fall under this category.
- Select Sort By: This Option will be used if Admission forms are being printed for a whole batch.
- Employee Name: this will sort the Registration forms in alphabetical order of Employee's names if printed collective.
- Identification No: this will sort the Registration forms in ascending order of Employee's Identification numbers. To Print Registration Form for Enrolled Employee/s
- Select Department : Department under which employee designation fall.
- Select Employee as
- Collective
- single Employee of selected department for which you want to print Registration form.
To Print Registration Form for Withdrawn Employee/s
- Select either a single employee or multiple employees collectively for whom you want to print the registration form. (Note: The employee(s) must be marked as withdrawn to generate the form.)
10. Click Generate Report Button.
