How to Print "Former Employee List" 2.3 Report?
Purpose
This report provide all Former Employee's List who worked for organization under any department or list of employees who are left job now from all departments.
To access reports:
- Navigate to the Campus panel module labeled "Reports"
- Within the section '2' labeled "Employee".
- Click report '2.3' -> "Former Employee List"
- Select Header Type for report to be printed
- Select Sort By: this will sort employee's according to selected type.
- Employee Name: this will sort records in alphabetical order of Employee's names.
- Identification No: this will sort records in ascending order of Employee's Identification numbers.
- Select Department collective or a single department could be selected according to requirement.
- Click Generate Report button.
