How to Print "Employee Subject List" 2.5 Report?

Purpose
This report provides a comprehensive overview of which subjects are being taught by each teacher, across different classes they are assigned to. It helps in understanding the distribution of teachers and their respective subject responsibilities.

To access reports:

  1. Navigate to the Campus panel module labeled "Reports
  2. Within the section '2' labeled "Employee".
  3.  Click report '2.5' -> "Print Subject List".
  4. Select Header Type. (With Logo, With Report Header, Empty Header). 
  5. Select Academic year. e.g.  (2023-2024)
  6. Select Department. (Collective or Single)
  7. Click on Generate Report.
