How to Add / Edit/ Delete Complain Type in Setting?

 

The category or nature of the issue reported (e.g., behavior issue, Academic Issue,  Attendance Concern,  technical fault, facility problem).

To Add Complain Type

  1. Go to Settings from Control Panel. 
  2. Click on "Complain Type"    
  3. Click on "New Complain Type"  
    Examples: (Academic Issue,  Attendance Concern,  Bullying or Harassment, Classroom Disturbance) Etc. 
  4. Now add "Complain Title".
  5. Select Status as "Active"
  6. Note: If the complaint is about a teacher, leave the "Show on Student App" checkbox unchecked to avoid displaying on student App. 
    However, if the complaint concerns a student, select the "Show on Student App" checkbox to ensure the complaint is visible on the student's app for awareness purposes.


  7. Click on Save & New or Save & Close.

​​To Edit

  1. Click Edit  from action column
  2. Perform Changes.
  3. Click on Update & New or Update & Close button to save changes. 

To Delete

  1. Click Delete  from action column
  2. Read Conformation Message and Click on "Yes"

    This Pop-up will Show on top Right 

Note: Type Can not be deleted if that is associated with one or More Complaints.
