How to Add / Edit/ Delete Complain Type in Setting?
The category or nature of the issue reported (e.g., behavior issue, Academic Issue, Attendance Concern, technical fault, facility problem).
To Add Complain Type
- Go to Settings from Control Panel.
- Click on "Complain Type"
- Click on "New Complain Type"
Examples: (Academic Issue, Attendance Concern, Bullying or Harassment, Classroom Disturbance) Etc. - Now add "Complain Title".
- Select Status as "Active"
- Note: If the complaint is about a teacher, leave the "Show on Student App" checkbox unchecked to avoid displaying on student App.
However, if the complaint concerns a student, select the "Show on Student App" checkbox to ensure the complaint is visible on the student's app for awareness purposes.
- Click on Save & New or Save & Close.
To Edit
- Click Edit from action column
- Perform Changes.
- Click on Update & New or Update & Close button to save changes.
To Delete
- Click Delete from action column
- Read Conformation Message and Click on "Yes"
This Pop-up will Show on top Right
Note: Type Can not be deleted if that is associated with one or More Complaints.
