How to Add Complain?
Perform Steps to add Complain
- Go to Open business.
- Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar
- Go to "Complains" tab.
- Go to "Add/Edit Complain" sub tab.
- Add complain By
- The name of the person filing the complaint.
- Employee can also make complaints
- Select Complain Type (The types added in the settings will appear here.)
- Select Complain Source(The Sources added in the settings will appear here.)
- Select "Date". On which date you are Receiving complain
- Select "Time".
- Add contact Number (Compulsory).
- Add Description of complain. (Compulsory.)
- Add Note. e.g Please Concern my complain , or Proceed (As soon as Possible) etc.
- Click on Cancel, Save & Close or Save & New.
