How to Edit/Delete Complain?

Perform Steps to Edit/Delete Complain

  1. Go to "open business" .
  2. Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar 
  3. Go to "Complains" tab. 
  4. Go to "Complain List" sub tab. 
  5. Select Filter i.e you can select as collective, By Administration OR By Student/Parent.
  6. Select Status as pending, In progress or resolved
  •  you can select collective if you want to view complains from both student and staff.
  • If you want to view complaints submitted by the administration, select "By Administration" in the search filter.
  • If you want to view complaints submitted through the "Talib" Student/Parent App, select "By Parent/Student" in the search filter.

To Edit

  1. Click Edit  from action column. 
    Note: 
    You can only edit complaints received manually
    Complains can not be edited submitted by Parents/Student.
  2.  Click on edit symbol.  and Perform changes.
  3. Click  Update & Close button to save changes.  

To Delete

  1. Click Delete  from action column
  2. Read Conformation Message and Click on "Yes"
