How to Edit/Delete Complain?
Perform Steps to Edit/Delete Complain
- Go to "open business" .
- Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar
- Go to "Complains" tab.
- Go to "Complain List" sub tab.
- Select Filter i.e you can select as collective, By Administration OR By Student/Parent.
- Select Status as pending, In progress or resolved
- you can select collective if you want to view complains from both student and staff.
- If you want to view complaints submitted by the administration, select "By Administration" in the search filter.
- If you want to view complaints submitted through the "Talib" Student/Parent App, select "By Parent/Student" in the search filter.
To Edit
- Click Edit from action column.
Note: You can only edit complaints received manually
Complains can not be edited submitted by Parents/Student. - Click on edit symbol. and Perform changes.
- Click Update & Close button to save changes.
To Delete
- Click Delete from action column
- Read Conformation Message and Click on "Yes"
