How to Check Complain List?

To Check Complain List

1. Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar 
2. Go to "Complains" tab. 
3. Go to "Complain List" sub tab. 
   
   
    
4. Select Filter i.e you can select as Collective, By Administration OR By Student/Parent.​
   • ​ you can select "Collective" if you want to view complains from both student and staff.
   • If you want to view complaints Added by the administration, select "By Administration" in the search filter.
   • If you want to view complaints submitted through the Student/Parent App, select "By Parent/Student" in the search filter.
5. Select Status as pending, In progress or resolved
6. Search by any field. (Optional) 
7. Click on plus sign   to expand and check status and details of complain.
