How To Change Status of Complaint?

To Change Status of Complaint

  1. Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar 
  2. Go to "Complains" tab. 
  3. Go to "Complain List" sub tab. 
  4. Click on "Update Complain Status  option in front of that Complain whom status you want to change.


     
  5. Select status
    • In-Progress
    • Resolved
  6. Add status Note. (You can add feedback here) (Required)
  7. Click on "Save Changes" button to save changes.
