How To Change Status of Complaint?
To Change Status of Complaint
- Navigate to "Activities" Module from side bar 
- Go to "Complains" tab. 
- Go to "Complain List" sub tab. 
- Click on "Update Complain Status" option in front of that Complain whom status you want to change. 
 
 
 
- Select status	- In-Progress
- Resolved
 
- Add status Note. (You can add feedback here) (Required)
- Click on "Save Changes" button to save changes.
