How Can A Student Make Complaint?
Student can make or submit Complaint from Parent/Student app.
- Login app.
- Click on "Complains" Module.
- Click on Plus symbol to add Complain.
- Select Complain Type.
- Insert Contact number. e.g (Number, E-mail)
- Add description of complain
- Add Note.
- Click on Submit.
- Complains which are submitted will shown in pending tab.
- If Complains is in-progress from admin so that will show in "In-progress" tab.
- If Complains is Resolved from admin so that will show in Resolved tab.
- Whenever complain status changed by Administration Parents will get Notification.
Note: Push notification must be activated for Notifications.
