How Can A Student Make Complaint?

Student can make or submit Complaint from Parent/Student app.

  1. Login app.
  2. Click on "Complains" Module.
  3. Click on Plus symbol to add Complain.
  4. Select Complain Type.
  5. Insert Contact number. e.g (Number, E-mail)
  6. Add description of complain 
  7. Add Note.
  8. Click on Submit.


     
  9. Complains which are submitted will shown in pending tab.

       
     
  10. If Complains is in-progress from admin so that will show in "In-progress" tab.

  11. If Complains is Resolved from admin so that will show in Resolved tab.
  12.  Whenever complain status changed by Administration Parents will get Notification.
    Note: Push notification must be activated for Notifications.
