How To Add 'Course Activity' Via Admin Portal ?
To Add
- Open the "Activities" Module
- Navigate to 'Course Activity' Tab.
- Click "Add/Edit Activity" sub tab
Enter Activity Details
- Title: Enter the activity title.
- Date: Pick the activity date using the date picker.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the activity.
- Select Batch: Use the dropdown menu under "Select Batch" to choose the specific batch for which the activity is relevant.
- Send To: Choose as recipients.
- "Whole Batch"
- "Selected Students"
- Attach Picture: Click "Browse" to upload a relevant picture for the activity (Compulsory)
NOTE: Single pic will be attached from "Admin portal", Multiple pictures can be attached via "Muallam App" - Save & Close: Save the activity and exit.
OR - Save & New: Save the current activity and start creating a new one.
- Cancel (Optional):
- If you decide not to proceed, click "Cancel" to exit without saving.
