What are the types of meetings, and how can they be managed from different portals?

There are two types of meetings in the system:

  1. Scheduled Meeting: A confirmed meeting planned for a specific date and time.
  2. Meeting Request: A tentative meeting requiring approval from the recipient.

Meeting Management Details:

  • From Admin Portal:
    Admins can both Request and Schedule Meetings for:
    • Students
    • Teachers/Employees
  • From Muallam App (Teacher’s Portal):
    Teachers can 'Request & Schedule' Meetings for:
    • Students only.
  • From Student App:
    Students can 'Request Meetings 'only with:
    • Coordinator
    • Principal
