What are the types of meetings, and how can they be managed from different portals?
There are two types of meetings in the system:
- Scheduled Meeting: A confirmed meeting planned for a specific date and time.
- Meeting Request: A tentative meeting requiring approval from the recipient.
Meeting Management Details:
- From Admin Portal:
Admins can both Request and Schedule Meetings for:- Students
- Teachers/Employees
- From Muallam App (Teacher’s Portal):
Teachers can 'Request & Schedule' Meetings for:- Students only.
- From Student App:
Students can 'Request Meetings 'only with:- Coordinator
- Principal
