How to Schedule / Request Meeting for Students and Teachers ?
Steps for Scheduling/Requesting Meetings
- Open the "Activities" Module.
- Navigate to the "Meetings" tab.
- Click on the "Add/Edit Meeting" sub tab to open the meeting form.
- Provide Meeting Details:
- Add the Title, Agenda, and select the Date and Time.
- Select Meeting Mode:
- Choose between In-Person or Remote:
- For In-Person, specify the physical Location where the meeting will take place (e.g., classroom, office, or meeting room).
- For Remote, provide the Meeting Link (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Choose between In-Person or Remote:
- Set "Send To" and Participant:
- Choose Send To:
- For students, select Student.
- For staff, select Employee.
- Choose Send To:
- Choose Meeting Type:
- Request: Tentative, requires approval, and limited to a single participant (Student or Teacher).
- Schedule: Confirmed and allows multiple participants.
- Save the Meeting:
- Use Save & Close to finalize or Save & New to add another meeting.
