How To Check Meeting List ?
- Open the "Activities" Module.
- Navigate to the "Meetings" tab.
- Click on the "Meeting List" sub tab
Use the 'Filter' Options:
- Use the "Select Filter" dropdown to filter meetings based on the initiator:
- By Administration: Meetings organized by the administration.
- By Teacher: Meetings set up by teachers.
- By Student/Parent: Meetings requested or initiated by students or parents.
Table Includes:
- Title: Displays the title or subject of the meeting.
- Agenda: Shows the purpose or discussion points of the meeting.
- Mode: Indicates whether the meeting is In-Person or Remote.
- Meeting Type: Specifies if the meeting is Scheduled or a Request.
- Send To: Highlights whether the meeting is directed to a Student or Employee.
- Stage: Reflects the current status of the meeting, such as:
- Done: Completed meetings.
- Scheduled: Upcoming confirmed meetings.
- Cancelled: Meetings that were canceled.
- Created By: Displays the name of the person who created the meeting.
Search for Specific Meetings:
- Use the Search bar at the top right to look for a meeting by any keyword (e.g., title, agenda, or participant).
Actions:
- Click the Edit Icon to modify meeting details.
- Use the Delete Icon to remove a meeting.
Expand Meeting Details:
- Click the Plus Icon before meeting title to view detailed information about the meeting.
Navigate Through Pages:
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom to browse through multiple pages of meetings
