How to check Applicant Overview
Purpose
The Applicant Overview sub tab gives HR teams a quick view of all candidates who are currently in the hiring process for different vacancies. It provides summarized data such as the applicant’s stage, interview scores, expected salary, and number of interview rounds completed.
This screen is especially useful for monitoring progress, comparing candidates, and filtering applicants based on different criteria such as stage, score, or salary expectations.
Steps to Access Applicant Overview

Login to your GLOWSIMS ERP account.

Navigate to:
Control Panel >Hiring module
> Hiring Overview tab

Applicant Overview sub tab

You will land on a dashboard that displays a list of applicants with filtering options above.
Filter Options
These filters help narrow down applicants based on your specific needs:

Select Stage:
Dropdown to filter applicants by hiring stage (e.g., Interview, Application Review). -
Interview Score:

Enable Checkbox

Score: Enter a numeric value to filter applicants by score.

Score Filter: Choose filter logic (Equal to, Greater than or equal to, Less than or equal to) for interview scores.

Expected Salary:

Checkbox: Enable/disable expected salary-based filtering.

Salary: Enter a number (e.g., 80000) to filter.

Salary Filter: Select conditions like (Equal to, Greater than or equal to, Less than or equal to).

Apply Button:
After setting your filter conditions, click Apply to view the filtered list.

Search Field:
Use the "Search by any field..." box to find applicants by name, stage, or vacancy title.
Applicant List
This table displays filtered or complete applicant data. Below is an explanation of each column:

| Applicant Image | Displays the applicant’s photo if attached. |
| Applicant Name | Name and profile picture of the applicant. |
| Hiring Stage | Current stage of the applicant, e.g., Interview, Application Review. |
| Interview Score | Candidate's obtained score vs total (e.g., 148/150). |
| Interview Rounds | Number of interview rounds completed out of total planned (e.g., 3/3). |
| Expected Salary | The salary applicant expects (e.g., 80,000). |
| Vacancy | Job position applied for (e.g., “IT Support Engineer”). |
Example
Edward Jackson is at the Interview stage, has completed all 3 rounds, scored 148/150, and expects a salary of 80,000 for the position of IT Support Engineer.
