How to check Applicant Interviews
Purpose
The Applicant Interviews sub tab helps HR users manage and evaluate scheduled interviews for job applicants. It shows a list of all interviews along with their status and allows scoring candidates directly from the list.
This tool is essential for:

Viewing interview rounds.

Scoring based on key attributes.

Tracking interview completion status (Pending or Done).

Ensuring evaluations are recorded accurately.
Steps to Access Applicant Interviews Panel

Log in and go to:
Control Panel >Hiring module> Hiring Overview tab

Applicant Interviews

By default, the system displays all scheduled interviews collectively.

Use the filters at the top:

Select Applicant:
Choose an individual to view only their interviews. -
Select Interview:

Filter by specific interview titles (e.g., "Technical Knowledge Interview").

Interview list include:
-
Applicant Name – Name of the candidate (e.g., Edward Jackson)
-
Vacancy – Role applied for (e.g., IT Support Engineer)
-
Interview Name – Title of the interview session (e.g., Troubleshooting Simulation)

Interview Date & Time – Scheduled date and time for interview
-
Interview Rounds – Completed rounds vs. total (e.g., 1)
-
Status – ‘Pending’ or ‘Done’

Scoring an Interview:

Click the
star icon in the Action column.

The Interview Score Entry popup appears.

In the Interview Score Entry Panel:
-
Fill Obtained Points for each Key Attribute (e.g., Hardware Diagnosis, Network Configuration).

Add Remarks per attribute (optional).

Enter Overall Remarks (required to proceed).
-
Click Save to submit the score.

Once saved:
-
The Status will change from Pending → Done automatically.
