How to View and Manage Applicant Profile
Purpose
The Applicant Profile screen is designed to offer a complete, centralized view of an applicant’s information. From personal and contact details to timeline logs, interview scores, and application history—everything is viewable in a structured manner. This helps recruiters make informed decisions by accessing all relevant applicant data on a single screen.
Steps to Access Applicant Interviews Panel

Login to the system and go to:
Control Panel > Hiring module> Hiring Overview
> Applicant Profile

Select an Applicant from the dropdown list to load their profile data.

The system will automatically show:

Profile Picture

Name

Father’s Name
-
Mobile Number
-
Email Address
-
Residential Address

The default tab Personal Info will load, showing demographic and salary data.

Click the following mini-tabs for additional data:

Timeline: Shows stage movement logs, interview schedule/reschedule records, and communication notes.

Interview Score: Lists scoring breakdown by round, including score titles, max/obtained marks, and evaluator remarks.

Apply History: Tracks all applications submitted by the candidate, along with stages and timestamps.

View CV button to preview the candidate’s uploaded resume.

Download CV button to download the CV locally.
Tabs & Their Details:
1. Personal Info
Displays the applicant’s demographic details:

2. Timeline
Chronological log of hiring activity:

Stage Movement | Description of stage changes (e.g., Application Review → Interview) |
Interview Schedule | Info on scheduled interviews (name, date, time) |
Send Email | Email body sent during scheduling or changes |

Remarks | Any manual note recorded by HR at each stage |
3. Interview Score
Shows evaluation details for each interview:
